This tab displays the distributions of the run lengths, across all
chromosomes and for each individual chromosome. These distributions are based on all runs that meet the criteria specified in this process
dialog. Run length represents the number of consecutive
SNPs included in a run. All distributions are shown on the same scale, making it easy to scroll down to identify the chromosomes with the longest run lengths.
Note: You can select runs from these distribution plots and click on the
Subset and Transpose button at the top of the tab to create a wide
genotype and an
annotation data set with the SNPs from the selected runs. These data sets are now in the format used by most
Genetics processes.
