Output Description

Create Annotation Analysis Group Variable

Running this process for the GeneticMarkerExample sample setting generates one output data set accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Create Annotation Analysis Group Variable process description for more information about this process.

Output Data

This process generates the following output data set:

Annotation Data Set: The output data set consists of all of the columns from the input data set plus the new _AnalysisGroup_ column indicating the analysis group into which each marker has been placed. Click Open to view the output data set.
