SNP Cluster

The SNP Cluster tab contains the following elements:

This tab shows a dendrogram in which genetic markers are clustered by their estimated reference allele in each ancestral population. Genetic markers close together in the same branch have higher similarity as dictated by the frequency of reference allele in the ancestral populations.
