Chromosomal Location

Use this field to specify the variable containing the chromosomal location of the genes or markers.

This variable is used to make the web link to Map Viewer.

To Specify a Variable Containing the Location:

Specify an {link}{Emphasis}Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Chromosomal Location field.
