Custom Track Variable

Select a numeric variable from your data set to be used in custom track construction.

A .bed file is created that can be loaded into the Affymetrix Integrated Genome Browser to display the custom track.

Note: If no variables are specified here, no custom track is created.

To Specify a Custom Track Variable:

Specify an {link}{Emphasis}Input SAS Data Set on the Create Web Link Table tab.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Custom Track Variable field.
