Gene Identifier Variable

Select a variable containing gene identifiers that are to be mapped.

Important: Also select the type of identifier in the {link}{Emphasis}Type of Gene Identifier pull-down list below.

To Select a Gene Identifier Variable:

Specify an {link}{Emphasis}Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Gene Identifier Variable field.
