Variable Containing IDs

Select a variable containing gene identifiers.

Note the following process-specific information:

Process	Note
Get Gene Pathways	This variable must contain identifiers compatible with the organism specified in the {link}{Emphasis}Organism-specific code field.
Color Pathways	This variable must contain identifiers compatible with the elements in the pathways specified in the {link}{Emphasis}Parse associated gene column field. Rows with missing identifiers are not colored.

To Select a Variable Containing Gene Identifiers:

Specify an {link}{Emphasis}Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Variable Containing IDs field.
