Control Reference Value
Enter the value of the control sample for each pair of experimental and control samples to use as the reference value for LOH (or copy number count gain or loss) targeted subtraction. Adjustment calculations are performed only for sample sets where the control sample has this value.
Caution: If there are multiple control samples per paired set, the mean or median of their values are compared against the control reference value. Unless all control sample values equal this reference value, zeros (0) are returned in the data set.
