Intensity Variables to Bin

Specify the intensity variables to be binned. For copy number data, each variable should contain intensities or other numeric data from one array.

To Specify Intensity Variables to Bin:

Specify an {link}{Emphasis}Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables, from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable(s) to the Intensity Variables to Bin field.
