Separate and journal results by chromosome

Check this box to create a journal with buttons to launch results separately for each chromosome instead of displaying all results at once.

This option is useful for very large output data sets.

Note: This option is unavailable unless and until you specify a {link}{Emphasis}Chromosome Variable or {link}{Emphasis}Annotation Chromosome Variable.
