Output experimental samples only

Check this box to include only the control-adjusted columns that correspond to the experimental samples in the output data set.

Samples that were defined as controls and used to calculate the value to subtract from each column measurement are dropped from the output data set and the output EDDS.

If this option is not checked, then all adjusted columns (corresponding to both the experimental and control samples) are included in the output data set.
