Accession Number Variable

The Accession Number Variable contains the accession numbers (GenBank or dbSNP) for the markers. These are used to open links corresponding to selected markers in the output plots.

To Specify the Accession Number Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable that accession numbers of the markers.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Accession Number Variable field.
