Affected Sib-Pair Tests

Use this parameter to specify the version(s) of the affected sib-pair test to perform.

The Mean, Proportion, and Minmax tests are 1 degree-of-freedom chi-square tests that differ by the weights that are assigned to the IBD probabilities.

The Overall test performs a 2 degrees-of-freedom goodness-of-fit chi-square test comparing the observed (or estimated) and expected IBD probabilities.
