Allele Variables
Use this field to specify the variables containing the alleles for the haplotypes.
To Specify the Allele Variables:
| 8 | Specify the Input SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variables that list the alleles for the haplotypes. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down while left-clicking on them. |
| 8 | Click  to add the highlighted variable to the Allele Variables field, as shown below: |
