Alpha for Dprime Confidence Limits
Use this field to specify an alpha value for constructing upper and lower confidence limits for Dprime for determining strong LD.
Alpha is the false positive or false discovery rate that you desire across all of the hypothesis tests. Alpha must be a real number between 0 and 1. The one-sided confidence equals 1 - alpha.
Note: The default value is 0.05.
