Annotation Plotting Group Variable

Use this field to specify a variable (chromosome, for example) by which to group the results.

A separate plot is created for each distinct value of this variable .

To Specify An Annotation Plotting Group Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables to group the results for plotting.
