Calculate allele odds ratios

Check the box to calculate odds ratios based on tables of allele-by-trait counts for biallelic markers. Two new columns (Log_OddsRatio and StdErr_Oddsratio) containing the odds ratios are added to the output SAS data set that is created.

Note: This option is enabled only when the Allele association test is specified as one of the Association Tests.
