Cofactor Continuous Variables

Use this field to specify the continuous variables to be used as cofactors in the QTL mapping analysis.

To Specify One or More Cofactor Continuous Variables:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable(s). To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Cofactor Continuous Variables field.
