Create tagSNP subset indicator variable

Check this option to include a variable indicating a subset of tag SNPs that can be used in the output data set. This variable has value 1 for one tagSNP from each bin and value 0 otherwise.

Note: A tag SNP is randomly chosen from each bin containing more than one tag SNP to represent that bin.
