Genotype to code as 2 for the Trend Test ORs

Select the genotype to be coded numerically as the value 2 for the odds ratios for the trend test.

Note: The other homozygous genotype is coded as 0. The heterozygous genotype for both selections is always coded as 1.

Note: If genotypes are already coded numerically, it is assumed that 2 represents homozygous for the minor allele and 0 represents homozygous for the major allele. Thus selecting Homozygous for Major Allele will reverse the current coding.

Make sure that the Calculate trend odds ratios box is checked.
