Marker locus is disease locus
Use this parameter to specify whether the marker locus is contained within or adjacent to the gene causing the trait.
To Specify This Option:
| 8 | The box is checked by default. Leave the box checked. |
To Specify That the Marker and Trait Locus are Separate Entities:
| 8 | Uncheck the box. |
