Marker Names Variable
The Marker Names Variable field specifies the variable in the annotation data set that contains the names of the columns of markers from the input data set.
This variable is only used to check that the order of the marker variables in the Input SAS Data Set matches the order of the rows in the Annotation SAS Data Set; if not, an error message is issued and a window is displayed to launch the Subset and Reorder Genetic Data process to fix the errors before proceeding with this process. If you are certain that the order matches, do not specify this variable.
Note: This variable is ignored if the marker variables contain alleles, not genotypes.
