Use the radio buttons to specify the number of distinct genotypes for each marker.

To Specify the Number of Distinct Genotypes:

Click on the appropriate radio button.

Select two if any of the following cross types were used in the experiment: B1n, B2n, RI0, RI1, RI2, T(B1)SFn, T(B1)RFn, T(B2)SFn, T(B2)RFn.

Select three if any of the following cross types were used in the experiment: SFn, RFn, T(SFm)SFn.

•

Select four if the cross involves in a full-sib family derived from two outbred parents.
