p-Value Variable

Use this field to specify the variable from the input data sets that contain p-values or -log10p-values.

To Specify the P-Value Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Sets.

All of the variables in the specified data sets are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable containing the p-values.
