Pedigree ID

The Pedigree ID field is used to specify the variable containing the different pedigrees in your data set.

To Specify the Pedigree Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable containing the pedigree identifiers.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Pedigree ID field, as shown below:

Note: Leave the field blank if all of the individuals are from the same pedigree.
