Perform SAS-based clustering on the genetic distance matrix

Check this box to perform hierarchical clustering using PROC CLUSTER.

The computed genetic distance matrix is used as input to the CLUSTER Procedure for clustering based on the Measure of Genetic Distance, specified on the Analysis tab.

This option generates both Diagnostic plots from PROC CLUSTER and a Dendrogram (or tree diagram) in HTML format.
