Population Variable
Use this field to specify the variable that defines groups for comparison. Genetic distances are computed between each distinct value of this variable and/or Wright's F statistics (Wright, 1951). Wright’s F statistics are calculated at each marker as well as over all of the markers.
To Specify the Population Variable:

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
