Range of Markers Variable
Use this field to specify the variable containing the range of markers that are used in a haplotype window.
To Specify the Range of Markers Variable:
8 | Specify the Input SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
8 | Highlight the variable listing the names of the markers in the input data set. |
8 | Click to add the highlighted variable to the Range of Markers Variable field, as shown below: |
Note: If the output data set from the Haplotype Estimation process is being used, the Markers variable should be selected. This column must contain ranges of the form Marker1--MarkerN where Marker1 corresponds to the annotation label for the first marker in the haplotype window and MarkerN corresponds to the annotation label for the last marker in the haplotype window. When you specify a Marker ID variable (in Marker Variables), analyses are performed separately for each window/marker ID. You can select a subset of windows on which to perform htSNP selection by using the Filter to Include Observations field.
