Reorder Variables
Use this feature to specify one or more variables by which to reorder both the Annotation SAS Data Set and Input Genotype SAS Data Set once they are in the same order (i.e., if a variable is specified above, after ordering the genotype data set according to this variable).
To Specify One or More Reorder Variables:
| 8 | Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variables to use for reordering the data. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down while left-clicking on them. |
| 8 | Click  to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Reorder Variables field, as shown below: |
