Use QTL data numeric coding from JMP Genomics versions prior to 5.1

Check this box for data format compatibility with JMP Genomics versions prior to Version 5.1.

Note: This option becomes active only if Numeric Genotypes is chosen as the Format of Marker Variables.

The old and new formats for representing potential genotypes are described in the table below:

If your data are coded using the old numeric format, they will be converted to the new format.
