Alpha for Selecting PCs
Use this field to specify an alpha value to use for selecting principal components via the EigenCorr method.
Alpha is the false positive or false discovery rate that you desire across all of the hypothesis tests. Alpha must be a real number between 0 and 1. The one-sided confidence equals 1 - alpha.
Note: The default value is 0.1.
