Use dominant coding for trend test

Check this box to use dominant coding instead of numeric additive coding for the trend test.

For dominant coding, genotypes are coded as 1 if the current allele is present and 0 otherwise.

When this box is not checked, numeric additive coding counts the number of the current allele in the genotype.
