Marker Genotype Variables

Use this field to specify the variable from the Genotype Data Set containing the marker genotypes.

Note: You should specify one marker genotype variable for each marker.

To Specify the Marker Genotype Variables:

Specify the Genotype Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified genotype data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the genotypes of the markers in the input data set.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Marker Genotype Variable field, as shown below:

Note: You might want to use the List-Style Specification of Marker Variables option when there is a large number of marker genotype variables to be specified.
