LOD Threshold for Entry into the MIM Model

Use this text box to specify the LOD score threshold for determining significant quantitative trait loci (QTLs). You can specify a value between 1 and 10; 2.5 is specified by default.

The value specified here is used solely to search for main effects of the QTL.

Note: This option is available only when LOD has been selected as the Selection Criterion for Main Effect Search and Drop and/or Selection Criterion for Interaction Search and Drop.
