Shuffling Window Size

Use the text box to specify the number of markers (shuffling window size) to shuffle at a time.

Note: If the window size is too large, the computation time increases dramatically because all possible orders of markers within the subsequence comprised by the window size are compared. For example, a window size of 4 results in 4!= 24 comparisons.

To Specify the Shuffling Window Size:
