Merge Individual ID Variable

Indicate a variable whose values are unique identifiers for each subject in the Q and K Data Set.

This variable is used to merge the Phased Haplotypes Data Set to the Q and K Data Set. Therefore, this variable must hold the same ID values as the variable specified in the Individual ID Variable field.

To Specify Merge Individual ID Variable:

Specify the Q and K Data Set.

All of the variables in the data set are listed in the Available Variables field.

Scroll through the Available Variables field to find the desired ID variable.

Once you have selected the variable, click the button to add it to the Merge Individual ID Variable field.
