Annotation Location Variable Units
This value refers to the distance between markers in terms of the Annotation Location Variable. If it is set to zero, all markers are used to define the nearest neighbor samples.
When this option is used in conjunction with the Select Neighbor Markers with strongest LD within Baseline Unit. this value is the maximum distance between marker pairs for the LD estimation. Otherwise, this is the maximum distance between the tagged marker for which to impute missing genotype and the neighbor markers that are used to determine the nearest neighbor samples.
To Specify the Annotation Location Variable Units:
