Output the root of the additive relationship matrix by SVD

Check this box to generate a data set containing the square root of the symmetric additive relationship matrix obtained via Singular Value Decomposition.

The output data set consists of columns of the square rooted matrix with prefix ra_ and suffix consisting of the respective row number in the output file (for example, ra_1 and ra_2, for rows 1 and 2 of the output data set).

Caution: This option creates voluminous output if there are a large number of individuals.
