LOD Score ID Variable
Use this option to specify the variable containing the names whose values exactly match the names of the marker LOD score variables.
If the Input Data Set was created using the Recombination and Linkage Groups AP, a valid variable for this field is the _MarkerName_ variable. Additionally, these variables must match, in name and in order, the variables specified in the Marker ID Variable field of the General tab.
To Specify the Location Variable:

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

| 8 | Highlight the variables containing the pairwise LOD score identifiers. |
