Color Variable

Select the theJMP Genomics Browser process by which to color the genome.

To Specify a Color Variable:

Specify a Chromosome Text Data Set or Chromosome Text File (depending on the version).

The Available Variables field becomes populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Color Variable field.
