Circular Display

Indicate whether to draw the chromomes as circular. By default, the chromosomes are arranged horizontally.

When this box is not checked, the chromosomes are assumed to be linear.

To Draw the Chromosomes as Circular:

Ensure that the box is checked.

Note for JMP Genomics Browser: This check box is available only when the Display output as a: option is set to Chromosome Color Plot.
