Note the following process-specific information:

Affymetrix Integrated Genome Browser	You can (but are not required to) select the ending location for the chromosomal feature of interest. One numeric variable should be selected in this field.
Chromosome Color Theme	Select a variable indicating the end position of chromosome cytobands, gene regions, or other chromosome details. It is recommended that the width of the bands defined by Start and End be large enough to enable visual distinction in the plots.
Track Gene Text	Select a variable indicating the gene end position.
UCSC Genome Browser Link	You can (but are not required to) select the ending location for the chromosomal feature of interest. One numeric variable should be selected in this field.

To Specify an End Position Variable:

Specify a Chromosome Text Data Set, Chromosome Text File, Input SAS Data Set, Text Data Set, or Text File (depending on the process and version).

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.
