Gene ID Variable

Indicate the variable containing Gene ID. It is used to make the web link to Entrez Gene data base.

Each row should contain one Gene ID.

Caution: Multiple Gene IDs per row results in broken generated web links.

To Specify a Gene ID Variable:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Gene ID Variable field.
