Initial Cutoff for Displaying Bars

Enter a numeric value to be used as the starting cutoff for displaying bars representing the values of the continuous variables along the chromosome.

Tip: Following the execution of this process, you can dynamically adjust this cutoff with a slider. Also, a horizontal reference line is drawn at this value in the overlay plot.

To Specify an Initial Cutoff for Displaying Bars:

Select Other for the Type of Continuous Variables to Plot on the General tab, to activate the Initial Cutoff for Displaying Bars field.

Type a number, within the range specified in square brackets, into the Initial Cutoff for Displaying Bars text box.
