Plot markers with significant p-values only

Select to include only p-values significant at the level specified for Alpha in the p-value plot. After running this process with this option selected, you can unhide the rows in the corresponding table (Rows > Hide/Unhide from the JMP menu) to view all marker p-values.

To Plot Only Markers with Significant P-Values:

Choose Tabbed Report for the Display output as a: option to activate the Plot Only Markers with Significant P-Values field.
