Chromosome Variable 1

Specify the variable indicating the chromosome at which the link begins. Its values must exactly match those in the Chromosome Color Theme.

To Specify a Chromosome Variable 1:

Specify a Links Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.
