Chromosome
For the SAM, BAM, and Eland Input Engine Processes:
Specify a variable indicating the chromosome.
To Specify the Chromosome Variable:
| 8 | Specify an Annotation File. |
The Available Variables field is automatically populated with variables from the specified file.
| 8 | Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field. |
| 8 | Click  to add the selected variable to the Chromosome field. |
For the Gene Model Summary Process:
Specify the variable indicating the chromosome. Its values must exactly match those in the gene model table as defined in the track setting file on the Gene Model tab. You can leave this blank on the Anno2 tab and merge a chromosome variable from the Annotation SAS Data Set.
To Specify the Chromosome Variable:
