Measures to Include (SNP6 Array)

Select columns to include in the Output Data Set.

Choices include:

Measure	Description
Log2Ratio	Log2 ratio (signal / median of Reference signal).
CNState	Copy number state.
SmoothSignal	Each value is the result of a kernel smoothed over a window of genomically contiguous log2 ratios. By default, this is converted to a copy number value using a log-linear model that fits each CN state to its expected log2 ratio. This is useful for seeing mosaics.
LOH	The value of this column is 1 when loss of heterozygosityis found, and 0 when not found.
AlleleDifference	Difference of allele frequencies.
