Meta Probeset File

Specify the full path and filename of the MPS (Meta Probeset File), which maps probeset IDs to the corresponding transcript clusterID for WT-based Gene and Exon arrays.

Note: It is not necessary to specify the MPS file as long as it can be found in the library folder specified under the General tab. If the field is left empty, the default filename is the chip type concatenated with the latest file version.

To Specify a Meta Probeset File:

Specify a Folder Containing the Library Files.

The Available Files field is populated with relevant library files.

Click the desired Meta Probeset File.

Click the button to add the selected Meta Probeset File to the Meta Probe set File field.
