Number of Genotype Probability Columns per Individual
Specify the number of columns per individual containing genotype probabilities.
| • | If "2 (AA AB)" is selected, then probability columns for only genotypes AA and AB are included in the genotype probability file, and it is assumed that the probability of genotype BB is 1 - Prob(AA) - Prob(AB). |
| • | If "3 (AA AB BB)" is selected (the default and the appropriate selection for IMPUTE and BEAGLE), then probabilities for all three genotypes are included and the columns do not necessarily have to sum to 1. |
To Specify the Number of Genotype Probability Columns per Individual:
